Description

This plate was designed to be used with the Maker Store Actuator.

The size is wide enough to fit the actuator without any overhang while the standard gantry layout allows for a variety of mounting options – including the Acme Nut Block and Lead Screw.

We also wanted to ensure that we simplify belt clamping so we have incorporated ‘Fold-Through’ Slots to allow you to easily fold the timing belt teeth back onto themselves and zip tie or clamp them in place.

We have also added two 5mm slots that allow you to attach spacers for 90-degree belt mounts under or on top of the plate as well.  This simplifies the overall building process and allows for quick assembly times of motion systems.

There are a lot of possible mounting configurations for this plate.
