Assembly guide:

  • To assemble, first push one bearing into the wheel. Then using the screw as a guide push one of the two Mini shims and press the 2nd bearing in the wheel.
    The second mini shim goes between the wheel and spacer to prevent the bearings from binding.

  • To assemble, push one bearing into the wheel first, then use a screw as a alignment guide to place one mini shim internally before pressing in the second bearing.

  • Ensure you position the second included mini shim outside the wheel, directly between the bearing face and the assembly spacer, to prevent the internal rings from binding.

  • Remember to purchase your M5 x 25mm mounting screws, spacers, eccentric spacers, and gantry plates separately, as they are required to complete a standard linear guide build.
