This milled black Delrin wheel kit mounts onto linear profiles, integrating with small guide systems to provide a low-friction rolling interface in confined assemblies. The component features an M80 Rockwell hardness and 63MPa compressive strength to resist deformation, working interchangeably with compatible mini plates and parts. Designed for V-Slot extrusions, it establishes the guidance mechanism for lightweight gantries, compact 3D printers, small CNC routers, and miniature linear actuators.

Eccentric Spacers 6mm are the perfect solution for adjusting your V Wheels onto V-Slot.

The Eccentrics give an aprox 0.79mm adjustment range allow for a very strong and secure connection between the V rail and the wheel.

10mm flange allows for a sturdy base for a stable wheel mount

This shim is included with our Mini V Wheel Kits.  You place it between the two bearings to avoid binding.  They are inexpensive enough to use as a washer on any of your projects.
