Drill an 11mm diameter hole across the extrusion profile at a distance of 15mm to 17.5mm from the profile edge to ensure proper pin reach.

Verify that the internal passage of the Central Connector Chamber aligns perfectly with the profile’s T-slot cavity prior to inserting the connector pin.

Slide the secondary extrusion over the exposed pin head and firmly torque the interior set screw within the chamber to complete the high-strength joint.
