Make sure to use a Floating Support like the FF10 Floating Ball Screw Support on the floating end of the Ball Screw and a Fixed Support such as the FK10 Fixed Ball Screw Support for the fixed end.
Then you can use a DSG12H Ball Nut Housing mounted on your Ball Nut and attach it to whatever you need to move, or use a Gantry Plate for a larger surface area.Other Mounting:
