Included:

• 4 x 40mm Metric Aluminum Spacers (SHIM-SPAC-40MM)
• 4 x 55mm Low Profile Screws (SCREWS-M5-LP-55-1)
• 4 x M5 Nylon Insert Hex Locknut (HARD-NUT-LOCK-5MM)
• 1 x 6.35mm x 8mm Flexible Coupling (HARD-COUP-635X8)
