The 90 Degree Inside Corner Connector V2 establishes internal right-angle mechanical connections within modular structural framing systems. Specifically, this updated component integrates directly into the channels of 40 Series T-Slot linear profiles. As a result, it forms a perfectly flush, reinforced joint. Additionally, the design features an expanded profile body cast from rugged aluminium. This specific engineering increases overall joint surface contact and maximizes structural stability. Furthermore, this V2 variant introduces an integrated corner reinforcement block. This block features an additional M6 threaded hole. Consequently, the modification provides an extra mechanical anchoring point perpendicular to the primary joint plane. Finally, the connector secures within the profile channels using four included M6 set screws. Therefore, you keep the outer profile faces completely unobstructed for a clean finish.
Applications
Engineers utilize this internal corner connector to build industrial machine framing, automation enclosures, and multi-axis CNC machinery bases. Crucially, these systems must require a standard 40 Series aluminium footprint. Technicians deploy the component primarily where structural right-angle configurations must remain concealed inside the profile paths. - Fasteners: Bolts, screws, and nuts are required to attach the brackets and connectors to the T-Slot extrusions securely.
- Tools: Basic hand tools like wrenches, Allen keys (hex keys), and screwdrivers are necessary for assembly. Additionally, a saw may be needed to cut the T-Slot extrusions to your desired lengths.
