The handle mounts directly to the extrusion face or T-slot channel using M6 bolts, providing a secure grip point for carrying, opening doors, or operating panels. Applications

- Mount the handle to the extrusion face using M6 T-bolts through the T-slot channel so the handle position is adjustable along the profile length.
- For carry handles on portable assemblies, position them at the frame’s centre of gravity – this reduces tipping and makes lifting easier.
- For door pulls, position the handle at a comfortable operating height for the user and check the swing clearance before finalising the bolt position.
- Match your mounting bolts to the 6.5 mm hole diameter and use washers where needed to spread clamping load on plastic handle feet.
- Apply thread lock to the mounting bolts on handles that are subject to vibration to prevent them loosening over time.
