The 3-Way Corner Connector – 30 Series M8 is a die-cast aluminium three-direction node connector with a silver powder coat finish that joins up to three 30 Series extrusion profiles at a single junction, each at 90 degrees to the others. This connector engages the T-slot channels of each incoming profile and clamps via M8 bolts, forming a rigid three-axis structural node – the type of connection required at cube frame corners where three profiles converge.
The compact profile keeps the connector footprint low, allowing tight assemblies where multiple slots meet at a node without excessive protrusion. Slot caps are included to cover unused slot entries at each connection point for a clean finished appearance. The M8 thread provides high clamping force suited to structural nodes bearing loads from all three connected profiles simultaneously.
Applications
The 3-Way Corner Connector – 30 Series M8 is the primary node connector for cubic and rectangular 30 series T-slot frame assemblies. Typical uses include enclosure frame corners where three profiles meet, CNC machine frame cube nodes, workstation and storage rack corners, and any three-axis structural joint where a single rigid node connector is preferred over three separate L-brackets on the outer faces.

- Plan the assembly sequence for three-axis nodes before building – the order in which profiles are inserted affects which bolts remain accessible for tightening.
- Leave all three M8 bolts partially threaded while positioning all three profiles, then tighten progressively to draw the node together evenly.
- For a fully enclosed cube frame, fit a 3-way connector at each of the eight corners – 8 connectors per cube.
- Supplement with external corner brackets on the outer faces of the most loaded corners for maximum rigidity on large or heavily loaded frames.
- Fit the included slot caps to any unused slot entries after assembly to give the connector a clean, finished appearance.
