Description
Before first use, the spoilboard must be levelled to ensure that your workpiece is cut or milled evenly. Our Bottom clearing bits are a must-have tool for setting up the spoilboard for your CNC and the wide diameter ensures reduced surfacing times. This bit can also be used to flatten wooden pieces before carving.
This bit is suitable for CNC machines router sleds and custom woodworking machines.

Tips and tricks
- Use a dust shoe with a dust extraction system to prevent the dust from going everywhere.
- As this bit is much wider than usual, it is recommended to insert as much of the bit into the collet as possible to reduce runout.
- Taking up to 1mm passes is recommended until you get a nice flat surface.
