Our 1 flute end mills are excellent for machining soft metals such as Aluminium, Brass or Copper. 1 flute end mills feature a highly polished flute for excellent chip ejection and reduce chip welding. This particular selection of 1 flute end mills is specifically designed to cut soft metals and the Diamond-Like Carbon coating gives an excellent finish and prolongs tool life.

Tips and tricks
- Due to the geometry of the cup-cut end mills, please ensure that the workpiece is sufficiently clamped.
- These DLC coated bits can be used for dry cutting Aluminium and other soft metals, cutting fluid is recommended but not required.
- Spraying some Kerosene on the in leaves a great finish on aluminium.
- Sold individually. Please select the endmill required and quantity.
