C-Beam line of Actuators

Linear Actuators come in many shapes and sizes. The C-Beam line of Actuators is the strongest and most robust Lead Screw driven Actuators we supply. The strength of the C-Beam comes in the simplicity of the design using only one piece of extrusion. The Lead Screw is fixed in place inside the C-Beam Extrusion’s channel. These Actuators are the perfect upgrade for the Z-Axis on your CNC Machine, or an upgrade for your existing Linear Actuator project.

Gantry Wheels run inside the C-Extrusion on the C-Beam and C-Beam Double-Wide Actuators, protecting the Wheels and further increasing the strength of the actuator. 4 additional Wheels (8 in total) on the Gantry of the Double-Wide Actuator allow for greater weight to be attached to the Actuator. The C-Beam XL Actuators use 4-6 Wheels to run along the outer slots of the extrusion. XL Actuators can be modified for a second Gantry to be attached on the opposite side of the C-Beam, allowing for endless mounting possibilities on the Actuator.
