Here at Maker Store, we are determined to provide the best quality products at the best prices. We perform product condition reports for all stock that comes through our door and if a product does not meet our standards we remove it from stock, and it is deemed as a second (2nd). Please see this link for our quality assured firsts.
Products may be classified as a 2nd for the following reasons :
- Cosmetic damage
- Scratch / Dent
- Discoloured
- Error in manufacturing – Product tolerances do not meet our manufacturing standards
- Damaged Products
- Surface rust on metal
- Broken header pins
- Edges out of square
In this case, these particular supported rails each have some damage and misaligned mounting holes but are still useable:
