Description
This submersible water pump is used with our 1.5kW and 2.2kW Water-Cooled Spindles and provides adequate liquid cooling for long run times.

Please note:
- The pump must be fully submerged in water.
- The water temperature must not exceed 35°C or damage to the pump may occur.
- Be sure to apply Teflon tape to the thread on the hose barb to make the fitting watertight.
- DO NOT TURN THE PUMP ON IF IT IS NOT SUBMERGED
Instructions:
- Use Teflon tape on the thread of the adaptor to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Submerge the pump in a reservoir of water. It is recommended to add a small amount of antifreeze to the water container if you are using the pump with a water cooled spindle tool.
- Install the hose onto the nozzle of the pump. Run this hose to your water cooled spindle.
- Run the return hose back to the reservoir so the return drains into the reservoir.
- Plug the pump into your socket for the pump to begin operating.
Tips and Tricks
- Place the hose inside hot soapy water before installing it onto the nozzle.
- Put a lid on your reservoir to stop bugs from getting in. Bugs may get sucked into your pump and damage the motor.
- If your environment is very hot (above 35°C) you may want to consider installing a radiator or chiller between the return hose and the reservoir.
