This plastic pull handle mounts directly onto 20mm × 20mm aluminium extrusion profiles with a 6mm slot width to provide a manual interface for structural framework assemblies. Featuring an integrated recessed channel that matches standard profile geometries, the component slides and locks flush within the extrusion tracks using two included 10mm M5 screws and two M5 T-nuts, eliminating the need for drilling or frame modifications. The unit measures 108mm in length, 20mm in width, and 37mm in height, with a centre-to-centre mounting hole distance of 90mm. Typical applications include installing the handle onto hinged or sliding acrylic panels for enclosure doors on 3D printers and CNC machines, anchoring it to the top or side of a machine frame to act as a lifting or carrying point, and utilizing it as a manual grip on custom workstations, test rigs, and modular carts.
