Description
These genuine AMASS XT60L connectors are excellent DC power connections requiring a high current carrying capability of up to 60A DC in a compact package. This connector is widely used in robotics, hobbyist applications, and professional applications, cementing its reputation as a versatile and reliable connector. This connector is a modification of the popular XT60 Connector with added features such as surface mounting capability and integration of a latch to provide a more secure connection. These modifications make for a more cable management-conscious build and a robust male-female connector fitting. Cable Sheaths for solder joint connections are included.
XT60L connectors are primarily constructed from durable nylon for the connector housing and feature conductive elements made of gold-plated brass. The nylon provides heat resistance and durability, while the gold plating ensures reliable conductivity and corrosion prevention. This combination makes them well-suited for applications involving high-current DC power.
