The 20 Series Eccentric T-Nut functions as a post-insertion fastener for custom framing assemblies. Builders can install this hardware component directly into the slot channel of 20 Series V-Slot aluminum profiles. In contrast to standard fastening hardware, you can place this nut anywhere along the open track. Therefore, you do not need to slide it from the rail ends. This design allows for flexible positioning at any stage of the building process.

First, you insert the hardware and begin tightening the engaging screw. Consequently, the eccentric design utilizes an offset threaded hole to turn the nut inside the channel. This rotational movement securely engages the nut against the underside of the extrusion track. Ultimately, this locking mechanism establishes an enhanced grip, prevents unwanted movement, and distributes structural loads evenly across the profile assembly.
