  • Drill an 11mm diameter hole across the extrusion profile at a distance of 15mm to 17.5mm from the profile edge to ensure proper pin reach.

  • Verify that the internal passage of the Central Connector Chamber aligns perfectly with the profile’s T-slot cavity prior to inserting the connector pin.

  • Slide the secondary extrusion over the exposed pin head and firmly torque the interior set screw within the chamber to complete the high-strength joint.
