• Ensure the profile end is cut square and deburred before inserting the anchor fastener to achieve a flush 90° joint.

• The fastener should be fully seated in the T-slot before tightening to prevent binding or misalignment.

• For high-vibration environments, periodically inspect the fastener tension to ensure structural integrity.

• To install the joint, drill a counterbored hole (19.5mm diameter, 16mm deep) in the first extrusion bar’s slot and loosely attach the anchor cam, bolt, and T-nut assembly. Next, slide the second perpendicular bar onto the T-nut and tighten the bolt with a wrench to lock both profiles firmly together.
