The 90 Degree 4 Hole Gusset Bracket – 30 Series M6 is an aluminium corner bracket with a triangular reinforcing web that provides maximum resistance to bending and angular deflection at T-slot frame corner joints. This bracket attaches to two adjacent 30 Series profiles at 90 degrees via the T-slot channels, with four M6 fixing points – two per arm – that distribute the clamping load for higher holding strength than the 2-hole variant.
The enclosed gusset web creates a rigid triangular structure across the inner corner, preventing racking under axial, lateral, and torsional loads. The four-bolt pattern is suited to heavily loaded joints, larger frame assemblies, or any corner where long-term structural integrity is critical.

Fit with M6 cap head bolts and Sliding T-Nut – 30 Series, 10 Pack. Where one bolt per arm is sufficient, the 2 Hole Gusset Bracket – 30 Series, M6 offers the same triangular web geometry with a simpler two-bolt installation.

- Position the bracket on the inner face of the corner – the gusset web sits flush in the corner cavity and does not project beyond the extrusion outer face.
- Load all four T-nuts before the corner is assembled to ensure slot access for all bolt positions.
- Tighten bolts in a cross pattern: tighten diagonally opposite bolts alternately to distribute clamping load evenly.
- For maximum frame rigidity, use 4-hole gusset brackets at all primary load-bearing corners and supplement with inside corner connectors for hidden internal connections.
- The 4-hole variant is preferred over the 2-hole at corners subject to repeated cyclic loading, vibration, or cantilever stress.
