The 90 Degree Inside Corner Connector – 30 Series M6 is a compact die-cast zinc alloy internal connector that joins two 30 series extrusion profiles at a 90-degree corner with no external bracket visible on the outside faces. It inserts into the end of one profile and is secured with the included M6 set screws. As a result, it creates a low-profile hidden connection that keeps the frame exterior clean and unobstructed.
Within a T-slot frame, internal connectors are especially useful where an external bracket would conflict with adjacent panels, covers, or a constrained corner geometry. Furthermore, the connector sits recessed within the slot and is fully concealed once the joint is assembled – it can also be combined with an external bracket where additional joint stiffness is required.

Maker Store Tips and Tricks

- Insert the connector into the profile end slot before the corner is fully assembled – once both profiles are joined, internal access is lost.
- Partially thread the M6 set screw first, seat the connector flush with the profile end, then tighten to clamp the joint.
- For heavily loaded joints, supplement with an external corner bracket on the outside face – the internal connector alone is not a structural substitute for a full bracket.
- Check slot alignment between profiles before fully tightening – minor misalignment is easier to correct before the final clamp.
