Our high-quality pre-assembled V6 Bowden Hotends are a great addition to your 3D printing. The unit has a replaceable 0.4mm nozzle to suit your 3D printing needs. The all-metal design allows you to reach high temperatures than standard hotends.

Our V6 Bowden Hotend Pack contains the following parts:

Metal parts

• 1 x Aluminium Heatsink
• 1 x Stainless Steel Heatbreak
• 1 x Brass Nozzle (0.4mm)
• 1 x Aluminium Heater Block

Electronics

• 1 x 100K Semitec NTC thermistor
• 1 x 12v Heater Cartridge
• 1 x 12v 30 x 30 x 10mm fan

Fixings

• 4 x Plastfast30 3.0 x 16 screws to attach the fan to the fan duct
• 1 x M3 x 3 socket screw to clamp thermistor
• 1 x M3 x 10 socket dome screw to clamp the heater block around the heater cartridge
• 1 x Fan Duct (Injection Molded PC)
• 2 x PTFE Push-Fit Adapter for Bowden / 1.75mm Filament
• Includes Bowden Tube

Please note:

• The nozzle size in this pack is 0.4mm. This can be changed to different nozzle sizes by the user.
• The operating voltage is 12V
• This is a generic V6 Bowden Hotend.
