Description
Also known as the ‘O’ flute, this end mill is excellent for processing soft metals such as Aluminium, Brass or Copper. Single-flute end mills have excellent chip ejection properties and do not generate as much heat as multi-flute end mills. This particular selection of 1 flute end mill is specifically designed to cut soft metals due to its sharpness and high chip clearing ability.

Tips and tricks
- Due to the geometry of the up-cut end mills, please ensure that the workpiece is sufficiently clamped.
- When milling aluminium and other soft metals, cutting fluid is recommended. Kerosene in particular leaves a great finish.
- Sold individually. Please select the endmill required and quantity.
