Important Terms & Lead Times

Please note the following key conditions for our personalised engraving service:

• Design: Engraving will use our standard Maker Store font and design placement.
• Turnaround Time: Please allow a total of 2 business days for the entire personalisation and dispatch process. This two-day turnaround is required before your Gift Card is handed over to the courier (and does not include standard shipping/freight time).
