Description
The MG996R is an industry standard for high torque servos. The metal gearing gives a stalling torque of an impressive 11kg in a compact package which makes it ideal to be used in both hobbyist and professional grade applications.
This is an upgraded version of the MG995 servo which features a redesigned PCB and IC control system improving accuracy. Its internal gearing and motor are also upgraded to improve dead bandwidth and centering. Our MG996R servo is compliant with most standard receiver connectors which include but not limited to; Futaba, Hitec, Sanwa and GWS.

Tips and tricks
- Use our servos with our range of servo brackets.
Please note:
- The servo rotation is 60°
- Do not power the servo directly from your micro controller’s power pins. The stall torque is too high for most micro controllers. Use a dedicated power supply to power the servo.
